Did you know that U.S. student loan debt has reached over $1.4 trillion? For a young professional entering the workforce, student loan repayments can feel like a burden holding them back. This can affect an employee’s mental wellness and productivity.

Red Arch Solutions is excited to announce a new employee benefit to help employees pay down their student loans at a faster rate. Employees enrolled in the new Student Loan Contribution Program, called “Get Ahead,” may receive up to $300/month ($18,000 total) on top of their payment towards their eligible student loans. This benefit will allow employees to pay off their student loans faster and save money on interest.
