Protect your identity! Computers, cell phones, and other devices may contain personal information someone could use to steal your identity or access your bank account. Simply deleting the files or software may not be enough to stop a tech-savy criminal. It is your responsibility to clean (or “wipe”) your devices and back-up the data, software, or other files stored on such devices. Red Arch Solutions is not responsible under any circumstances for any loss or corruption of data (including personal sensitive data) and/or software.¬†Check out the Federal Trade Commission’s information on Disposing of Old Computers and Disposing of Your Mobile Devices to learn how to clean these devices.
